• New bottom bar with direct access to:  

• Start page (main dashboard) 
• Time page (time dashboard)

• An additional dashboard: Accessed through new bottom favorite bar and Time widget on Main dashboard. 
• Time favorites: A widget that allow user to create template time registrations with prefilled category and dimensions including the option to display the time registrations within the following main areas: 

• Vacation (yellow) 

• Sickness (red) 
• Project hours (purple) 
• Transportation (green) 
• Misc. (white) 

• History list containing all Time registrations sorted in date order 
   

Improvements (Internal info) 

• Redesign: Prepare app for total redesign in “look and feel” of new Time 2.0: 

• New transaction layout with special attention to handling long labels with long values 
• New bottom bar to accommodate for existing (main-) and new time dashboard 
• Rethinking of dashboard customization option – prepare for “drag and drop” of widgets 

• Same “controls” throughout app: attachments, maps, expand/collapse, filters, lists, calendar/date/hrs/amount functionality, etc. 

• Mileage (Rule 050) – Now with effective date logic. Meaning no yearly expiration of rates. 
• Mileage (Rule 010): Now with option in app, if configured in EMS, to choose between car, bicycle or motorcycle.  
• Major performance improvements for customers with 30.000+ dimensions 

• Reduced response-time on login (Full load of dimensions) 

• Reduced response-time on app opening (dimension update)  
• Reduced response-time on transaction opening. Dimension load moved to opening of dimension-list from transaction 
• Opening dimension-list from transaction -> Now only loads the dimensions on current dim level. Included a spinner, if needed, so app does not look unresponsive 
• App freeze and crash related to 30.000+ dimensions fixed 
• Optimization of retrieving dimension values from back-end 

• IMS validation improvement – Now, if requirements for submit (by Requester) is not honored the system, the rejected invoice will be indicated with red notification line and display reason why, on opening the invoice.
