Tax-free mileage in a private car

If you use your private car for company-related driving, you can make your driving registrations via Acubiz.

Start by clicking on the + icon at the bottom of the App

There are 2 ways to make your registration.

1. Manual registration via built-in map
2. Automatic registration via start-stop feature

Make manual registration via built-in map

Touch the Manual mileage icon

Start by filling out purposes

On DK driving registrations, the purpose is required and can not be left blank.

Then click in the FROM field

Acubiz even finds the place you are at via GPS at the moment.

Here, Acubiz will show the search results based on your entry (data from Google) where you select the correct result from the list. The more you enter the more accurate the search results will be.

Do the same with the TO address where Acubiz remembers your previous trips so that you can easily and simply use the same destination addresses several times. When both the ON and OFF addresses have been entered correctly, Acubiz displays an overview of the available routes available.

You can select the correct route by tapping the highlighted routes. The blue route is the selected route

Finish by pressing the check mark in the upper right corner

When all selections have been made correctly, you can now report your driving

When you have finished, press SUBMIT.

Once the download is complete you will be able to see your run in your Dashboard immediately

Make automatic registration.

Click on the car icon for automatic registration of mileage in a private car

Press the START TRIP button

NOTE: Remember to give Acubiz permission to use the phone's built-in GPS device.

When you have driven to your destination, press END TRIP

NOTE: If your phone is low on battery, the phones softwaresystem can be set up to automatically close down applications that require a lot of battery. In this case, the Acubiz automatic registration can be stopped and this can make your registration wrong. Make sure you check your milage before submitting it.

A page appears where you get an overview of the trip.

Remember to fill in PURPOSE and REG.NO before you press SUBMIT

Create round trip

If your journey is both back and forth between the two same destinations, you can advantageously activate CREATE ROUND TRIP so that the journey is also registered the opposite way, without you having to create this manually as well.

Subtract home-work distance

If your journeys are based on a place other than your workplace, the requirements for you may be that a distance corresponding to the distance between your home and your work must be deducted. Activate this feature as follows:
