Power of attorney for data delivery
A connection must be established between Acubiz and the company's credit card provider. For this, a power of attorney must be filled in where you give permission for the credit card provider to send electronic transaction data to Acubiz.
The faster the power of attorney is filled in and returned to Acubiz, the faster we receive data and can initiate the implementation process. Acubiz then forwards the power of attorney to the credit card provider and awaits data.
NB: From the credit card provider has received the power of attorney to Acubiz receives data, approx. 7-14 business days. Therefore, the power of attorney is an important factor in getting off to a good start.
Credit card types
For the most accurate setup, it is important for Acubiz to know which credit card provider the company uses. Eurocard, Master Card, etc. Acubiz handles many different credit card providers.
It is also important to know who receives the invoice on the credit cards. There are the following agreements
- Company pays and is liable (Company paid)
- User pays and company is liable (Privately paid)
- User pays and user is liable (not required in Acubiz).
It is important that the power of attorney is filled in with the correct information so that Acubiz receives correct data.
Uses key ID
When data is provided to Acubiz by the credit card provider, the individual transactions are provided with a user reference (or key ID) which identifies the individual employee. When integrating with Acubiz, it is important that these key IDs are unique per. uses since Acubiz uses this particular keyID to separate users from each other.
The company can contact the credit card provider and possibly receive a list of all card holders and thus also see which key IDs have been created. There may be different solutions for which keyID is used:
- The credit card provider's own keyID per. card holder
- User initials
- User employee number
- ... or other keyID (this depends on the company agreement).
Data delivery
To get the most out of Acubiz, you need to order 2 deliveries of credit card transactions
- Daily data (daily use on credit cards)
- Invoice data (the monthly invoice from the credit card provider)
There may be cases where the credit card provider cannot provide invoice data, but it is advisable that if the credit card provider offers this, that it is thus also provided to Acubiz. It provides better voting opportunities in Acubiz over the company's accounting system (ERP).
If you are in doubt about the above, Acubiz can be helpful.
