CO2 tracker - Collect related data from costs

The CO2 Tracker module in Acubiz can be used to collect CO2 information on relevant costs, which for various reasons have a CO2 impact. This collected (entered) data can then be extracted from Acubiz and used for a CO2 account outside Acubiz, where any calculations are made. Acubiz does no calculations but only offers data collection via the CO2 Tracker module.

The CO2 Tracker module is closely related to the Company Policy Manager (CPM) module and can be used together with or separately from this.

CO2-related data can be collected on the following transaction types in Acubiz

• Credit card transactions
• Travel account transactions
• Cash expenses
• Tax-free mileage registrations

Whether it is relevant to use CO2 Tracker depends on the cost type used, but some examples could be:

• Airplane
• Cab
• Fuel / charging
• Train and bus

On these cost types, there will be different types of registration of CO2 Tracker data which will be a combination of the following:

• Registration method
• Transport type
