You can search for transactions in Acubiz based on the search parameters that you enter yourself. The result of a search will be presented based on the setup you have made on your display profile. Extract data with flow information
With this report, you can extract a report with information on how long transactions remain in the same status before changing to a new status, based on an action from a user. See Transaction status - where in the flow the costs are located
Start by Choose your search result layout with view profiles with the columns below:
Then perform a search based on your search parameters, for example, like this:
- Select your newly created view profile
- Select status reported ready (to limit on the transactions to that status)
- Select any period for filtering
Then press search and the following result will be displayed:
- Shows the date of the transaction
- Shows when the employee has sent for approval
- Shows when the approver has approved the transaction
- Shows when finance has approved the transaction
Press the "email content" button to have the report sent as a CSV file, so you can continue working with data in Excel and create additional pivot tables and average calculations etc.
The above must be done per company in Acubiz.
Extract report with transactions pending approval
Get an overall overview, per company, with transactions held by approvers who are not approved.
Create a new display profile as follows:
Then do a search based on status only:
Then the result is displayed:
- Who is the employee
- Shows when the user has sent for approval.
- Who is the approver?
Press the "email content" button to have the report sent as a CSV file, so you can continue working with data in Excel and create additional pivot tables and average calculations etc.
The above must be done per company in Acubiz.
