Sidebar Menu – Acubiz Help Center

On the left-hand side of the Bookkeeper Module you can see a Sidebar Menu. This is what you can find there.

		Links to Compello Products web-pages:
	Compello Suite	Receive, Compello Process, EDI, SEND. You can also open a link to our Helpdesk and download Remote Control.* (an app that allows the Support Team to log on to your computer so you can show them the problem)
		The Dashboard shows a summarized and graphical view
	Dashboard	of data and performance, help- ing you monitor, analyze and optimize how you work in Compello Process
		Search for any information related to invoices and clients. Important: The results you get are
	Advanced search	based on the documents and clients you have access to. Here, you have a choice of search options and you can save a search in the following ways:
	Private with client	The saved search will be available only for your user with the specific client you selected in Advanced search
	Private without cli- ent	The saved search will be available only for your user across all clients in Advanced search
	Public with client	The saved search will be available to all users with the selected client in Advanced search

	Public without cli- ent	The saved search will be available to all users across all clients
	Rules & Templates	Create or edit rules and templates to automate predictable parts of the posting work
		Customize certain Settings, including for the document
	User options	image, Set deputy, setting default Document Status and Approval Status
	Refresh	Reload and refresh the worklist
		Find additional support materials for
	Help	Compello Process, including Support Videos, the FAQ page, and the latest Compello Release notes.
	CIP Integration	With the right setup, you can run the CIP Integration from here (contact help@compello.com to find out more).
	Messages	See notifications and messages about recent updates of Compello Process and release

notes.

Account Info	Information about your user account
Change Password	Contact an admin user in your organization to change your password. Currently users cannot change the password themselves from here
Dark Mode	Switch Dark Mode (background) on or off
Default landing page	Choose the page (Worklist, Dashboard, Document Import etc) you want to open as standard when you log on in Compello Process
Language	Choose one of the listed display languages
Log out	Log out of Compello Process
