Working with Posting Lines

You can add, distribute and delete Posting lines on a transaction.

	Add a new posting line
	Delete the selected posting line
	Distribute the posting line
	Coding History
	Cost Distribution
	Create New Rule or Template

There are many ways to distribute posting lines to approvers with no difference to the end result. Follow this page to read more about Posting Line Distribution (cross-reference).

Calculator

There is  a simple  calculator function in the amount field. It works in the same way as Excel. Activate it by entering = before your calculation. 

For example:

• =25+ 25
• =100-30
• =10,5/2
• =3*2,5
• =100+25%
• =40*(45-5)+(40/5)

When you tab out of the amount field, you will see the result.
