You can select multiple documents in the list with the SHIFT or the Ctrl key, or tick in the box for each row you wish to work with to handle multiple documents simultaneously. The Multi-edit menu bar will open as soon as more than one invoice is selected.
Set Value:
Steps:
- Select two or more invoices in the Worklist so you can see the Multi-edit option.

Click Set Value option. Here you can:
- Enter Transaction date.
- Enter Due date.
- Write in Comment.
- Choose option: Paid (Y/N).
- Select a Document Type.
- Enter a Financial sytem ref.
- Choose the Posting date.
- Click Save.
Download:
- Select two or more invoices so you see the Multi-edit option.
- Click Download.

Choose from:
- First Page only
- All Pages
- Range
- Optional Step: write a comment.

Choose if you want to to include:
- Archive no.
- Header info
- Comments
- Posting lines.

Select how you want to download:

- As a single file. This option will create one PDF of all the transaction images you have selected. Otherwise you will get a PDF per transaction.

- Click Download.
Booking, SC Status:
You can change the Document Status, SC Status for several transactions simultaneously.
Steps:
- Select two or more invoices so you see the Multi-edit option.
- Click Document Status or SC Status.
- Change the Document Status or SC Status to the one you want.
Distribution:
- Select two or more invoices so you see the Multi-edit option
- Click Distribution.
- Choose the user(s) that you want to send the invoices to.
- Optional Step: write a comment.
- Click Distribute.
