- Admin (role), Local Admin (role), Register for another (permission or unit permission) Or be:
- Personnel Manager, Unit Manager, or have been delegated a Manager Permission.

In addition, all profiles must have the permission "Register for another" for the other profiles.
Associate a unit with a user in mTIME
Open the administrator window by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner.
Åbn brugeradministrationsvinduet ved at klikke på knappen Bruger i venstre side
Select the desired user and press User Details.
This opens the User Details window.
Here, you link an employee to an organizational unit. Select the unit from the list and press save. If it's a new employee, the start date will automatically be set to the employee's creation date when you press save if you don't specify anything in the "From" box.
You can create up to several units as long as they do not overlap in time. Note that as the only historical record, a unit can be on a specific date. You cannot delete a unit that is active as of today. When an employee changes units, the above five steps are used again. If you accidentally select the wrong unit, you can simply change the unit and press Save.
When you return to the user view, you will now see the unit you have assigned to the user. It is always the current unit displayed.
Note that if the individual does not have a valid unit as of today, there will be nothing in the box. If there are empty fields for a user, it may indicate that the user cannot register in mTIME.
