Balance check
Recommended to prevent invoices being exported that do not balance.
- Balance Check is ticked on: the system will check if the Difference equals 0 (ie if the sum of the debit lines equals the amount on the credit line) when you set the status Fully Posted. If there is a difference you will not be able to set Fully Posted.
- Balance Check is ticked off: No check is made and invoice can be set to Fully Posted and exported even though debit and credit do not balance.
Use preregistration.
This option is not in common use and you need to have an integration that supports this. Contact support if you want to explore this option help@compello.com
- Use Preregistration is on: preliminary invoice information is sent to the ERP system before approval by setting status Partly Posted. This invoice must have a supplier, amount and an invoice number.
Use Preregistration is off: the system operates as usual - no transfer to the ERP system before an invoice is approved and set to Fully Posted
