A card index is a library of reference lists with information related to accounting. A reference list is a table of information within a specific category.
Most commonly used examples:
- Chart of accounts
- Financial dimensions
- Suppliers
- VAT codes
- Currencies
Please note that these lists are usually synchronized data from your accounting system. This means that changes in Compello will be overwritten the next time the data is synchronized.
It is possible to view the different reference lists in Compello
Please note that changing the naming will affect the naming of the reference lists
When selecting the chart of accounts, all accounts that have been synchronized from the accounting system are displayed. Below is an example of displaying the chart of accounts.:
