A feature in Compello that allows you to specify temporary workers who take over the roles of another user. This can be relevant in connection with vacation or illness, without having to make corrections to the rules that may have been created where the person is involved..

Activate a substitute - Press (+)

Then fill in the relevant information for this temporary worker..

During the specified period, the temporary worker will receive invoices that were originally for the approver specified in the rule.

The overview shows which temporary workers have been created.

Tap the trash can icon to remove the temp when it is no longer needed.
