In Acubiz it is possible to get real-time transaction data so that the transaction enters Acubiz immediately after purchase on the credit card.*

Basically, this means that Acubiz receives a reservation transaction from the credit card company, which makes the user experience that the transaction comes to Acubiz in real time after the purchase. A reservation transaction can be treated completely like the real transaction.
Eurocard Smart Receipts
Selected points of sale can provide a digital receipt, which will automatically be added to the transaction in Acubiz and will therefore not require the user to take a picture of the physical receipt..

Reserved and cleared transactions
When activating Realtime transaction data, handling of changes to reserved amounts vs. cleared amounts is introduced. Example:
- A received real time reservation transaction comes in with the amount 400.00DKK.
- When Acubiz receives the clearing transaction (switch from reservation to real bank transaction) the amount has changed from 400.00DKK to 412.00DKK (this can be e.g. in connection with a currency conversion when purchasing abroad)
- If the user has cleared the transaction, the transaction will be sent back to the user, who must review whether the receipt still matches the transaction.
- The normal approval flow applies as usual.
General optimized import of transaction data
When importing real-time transaction data, the general import of E-transactions is optimized (without the Real-time module being activated), so that E-transactions generally arrive faster in the customer's Acubiz solution.
New overviews in the Finance area
Updated overviews for Finance, so you can see which transactions have been cleared or are awaiting clearing (reservations).
- Only cleared transactions are included in the export to ERP.

Real-time notifications
There will be real time notifications in the Acubiz app on both transactions and Smart receipts (there may be a short delay on these elements, even though they belong together).
- Please note that the individual user must have activated that the Acubiz app is allowed to show notifications.
