Change approver

The Change approver provides all approvers a feature to move transactions to another approver. There could be many reasons for changing approver, but it is a handy feature if the need should occur.

When an approver receives transactions for approval there will is a button which allows to change approver. The flow is as follows:

• Log into Acubiz
• Select the menu For authorazation
• Select the transactions to be moved
• Press Change authoriser
• Select the new approver from the list
• Press OK.

The transaction has now moved to the new approver and he/she will be notified via e-mail (if e-mail notification is enabled)

This feature is an acquisition function for the company's existing Acubiz.
