User settings - Personal information

This contains the user’s personal information

First name and last name
Combined first name and last name has to be unique across all users
If two users has the same name - example: Lars Hansen one of the users needs to be added a difference to the name

• user 1: Lars Hansen 
• user 2: Lars Hansen (LHA)

Home address (Not relevant)

Initials
User initials have to be unique across all users.

Employee number
Employee number has to be unique across all users and are used in the salary eksport file. If Visma Dataløn is used see this article

Telephone: (Not relevant)

Home EMS
If the company has several companies, the company's affiliation is determined here. If there is only one company, this field is not displayed.

Language
Here the language is determined for users in the web interface. This field does not affect the language in the Acubiz app, as the language is controlled by the phone's setup.
