In Acubiz TIME, a category can be created where budgets can be used so that the user can see how much is left of the budget.
Category with budget
This requires that the TIME category is set up to use budgets (example for vacation):
When the category is set up to handle budgets, a budget must now be created per. employee.
Create new budget
Then a budget must be created per. employee.
Under FINANCE => TIME, create new budgets under BUDGET PREPARATION
Press create budget
Fill in the relevant information for the budget.
Since all budgets are created per. employee, the employee for whom the individual budget must apply must be chosen
Enter a unique ID for the budget
Each budget created in Acubiz must have a unique key. In this case it is a combination of [INITIALS] _ [SALARY CODE] _ [YEAR_MONTH] = "UserDK_Vacation_2021_09".
- Here you select the time registration category for which you want to create a budget
- Enter the budgeted number of days the user has in the current period.
- Enter the date when the period ends. (Start is automatic as of May 1 for the current year.
Press SAVE & CLOSE
Then the budgets are shown by the employees:
A budget has now been set up for this employee.
