In Acubiz all countries are created, but not all countries are activated and thereby cannot be selected in the lists where you choose country.

Acubiz has an active list and an active list of all countries and changing these settings depends on if your Acubiz solution uses travel allowance (per diem).

Allowance/Per diem is not used

Go to ADMIN -> Additional settings and select Countries.

Allowance/Per Diem is used

Go to ADMIN --> Additional settings select Allowance rates. Country selection is related to allowance rates when used in Acubiz

Activate a country:
If a country needs to be activated these are located in the not active list and can be selected and activated within this list:

Deactivate a country:

If a country needs to be deactivated these are located in the active list and can be selected and deactivated within this list:
