Company policy link

If the company has a corporate policy related to travel and/or travel costs, it is advantageous to create a direct link from Acubiz to this policy description. This may be a link directly to the company's intranet, which opens, when clicking on the icon in Acubiz.

The icon appears only if there are inserted/created a link to this, in Acubiz.

Create link:

To create a link, you must have ADMIN rights Acubiz.

Go to ADMIN -> Additional settings -> Keywords customer
Note that this feature can be disabled. Contact Acubiz.

Click MenuLinkCompanyPolicy and press Edit

In the field Value enter the complete URL to be linked to.

When finished, press Save
