Forgot password

In CAPTURE a new password can be requested if you have forgotten it og it is the first time you use it.

When you open CAPTURE you must enter the appropriate CompanyID. See your welcomemail or contact your Acubiz super user in your company for further instructions.


In the login picture, fill in your username and then press forgot password:


You will receive an email with your new password:
