With Acubiz it is possible to get an overview of transactions etc. using the report function. In Acubiz it is possible to generate reports on expenses, mileage, Time registrations and allowance
Open Acubiz and go to the menu and select the REPORTS item.
New report
When creating the report, select:
Transaction type: What type should the report be generated from?
- Expense
- Driving
- Time tracking
- Diets
Time interval: Here it's possible to choose the desired time interval from which the report is to be formed.
- User defined - Manual entry of start and end date.
- Today - Form a report from today.
- Yesterday - Form a report from the previous day.
- Current Month - Creates a report from the current month.
- Last Month - Creates a report from last month.
Extra filters: NOTE! only when selecting transaction type - Expenses
Here you can choose which dimensions to look for.
Grouping: Here you select the order of the report itself. In this case, the transaction type will first be followed by dimensions.
Make report without budget / balance.
Most often, time records such as; Overtime, Hours and illness is created without budget and therefore cannot show a balance. Therefore, the view BALANCE is not activated.
Fill in the desired time period and select the desired category and then press GENERATE when you want to see the report.
Note: It is also possible to filter the report with dimensions to generate a more specific report.
Get report with budget / balance.
Most often, a budget has been created for categories such as holidays. So you have days to use and can form a report showing how much you have left (balance) and the registrations made within the specified period. Therefore, the view BALANCE is activated.
Fill in the desired time period and select the desired category and press GENERATE when you want to see the report.
Note: It is also possible to filter the report with dimensions to generate a more specific report.
Save a report.
If there are categories you often want to draw a report for, you can advantageously save these for later use. This means that you do not have to fill in all search criteria each time and the report will be easy to access.
In the NEW REPORT image, you can press and fill out a telling name for this report.
When you have pressed the SAVE button, the report must be named and then the report will be available directly from the menu in Acubiz.
