We are currently experiencing issues with Android users. The app crashes when trying to upload reciepts. We are working on finding out what causes these issues.

In connection with an internal error in our electronic transaction system, you have received this error message.
You do not need to do anything other than what you have already done ... to report this to Acubiz.
We are working to get the error fixed as soon as possible.
The error has no effect on your use of Acubiz nor in connection with your credit card transactions. The error has meant that no credit card transactions have been loaded on the day (s) in question, but they will be loaded as soon as we have resolved the internal error. No data is lost!
As Acubiz imports run from kl. 06-12 (CET) you may receive the same error message again until we have resolved the issue.
We expect this resolved on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 during the day.

There have been problems logging in via Acubiz's central login during this period and the message "It has generated error code 200 - Username not valid" has appeared.

In Acubiz version 7.26, an automatically generated report has been introduced. The report can be used in relation to reconciliation of provision for costs and provision for creditor.
We have discovered an error in this new feature. Unfortunately, this means that data in the automatically generated report has been subject to errors and inaccuracies.
This new feature is now temporarily deactivated while we are correcting the error.

Users with special characters in their passwords are having trouble logging in to Acubiz One. The bug is fixed in an App update. Therefore, a new version [2.6.9] will be released for both platforms (iOS / Android) as soon as possible.

Change of DNS provider on the domain acubiz.com: We do not expect customers to be affected, but it will be Acubiz 'website and SSO (Single Sign On) customers who may be affected!
