Some users may experience problems logging in to their user account through the Acubiz mobile app. Here is general information about phone (operating system) compatibility with Acubiz App.
iOS (Apple):
- ✅ Requires iOS 13.0 or newer version.
- ✅ Compatibel with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
Android (Google):
- ✅ Requires Android version 7.0 or higher.
- ✅ Compatible with various manufacturers using Android version 7.0 or later.
- 🛑 Not compatible with Google Pixel 7 Pro (specifically) and flip-phone devices as these behaves like tablets. Tablets are not supported. Support unknown!
