The VAT codes used in the ERP system must be created in IMS

This is an example of created VAT codes in IMS.

Create a VAT code:

Press CREATE

In the form fill in:

NAME and code 1 must be specified as a minimum.

If the ERP system requires more codes, these can be specified in Code 2 and / or Code 3

• NAME: The name of the tax code. May be a telling name, which is not necessarily a VAT rate.
• CODE1: The primary code
• CODE2
• CODE3
