It is possible to activate the Out of office feature directly thru Acubiz One so that it can be done quickly and easily on the go.
The Out of office feature, is a function for the employees who have the approver role, and must use a substitute in example a holiday period.
The function requires you to specify a start date and an end date as well as a substitute. Caution! Please note that the substitute must also have approver role in Acubiz.
