To get the best experience with Acubiz via the web, there may be factors that affect your experience with Acubiz. There are 3 factors that can influence:
If the settings are not within Acubiz's recommended values, you may find that some buttons / features do not appear or that Acubiz does not fit into the screen size. A combination of deviations from the recommendations of the 3 factors can also cause problems with the experience.
Screen size and resolution
The resolution of your screen is practically more important than the screen size itself. Acubiz works on virtually all screen sizes, but there may be resolutions where Acubiz "fills" more than the screen/resolution can show.
How to change the screen resolution in Windows 10 >>
Screen resolution requirements
- Minimum screen resolution should be 1024 x 768 pixels
If the screen resolution is less than this, you may find that elements will be hidden outside the display area of the screen and may be difficult / impossible to grasp. - For the best experience, the screen resolution should be 1400 x 1050 pixel (or more)
Several companies in the same Acubiz solution
If your Acubiz solution contains several companies in the same Acubiz solution, a minimum resolution of 1400 x 1050 (or more) is recommended as this will provide the best experience.
Experience with 1024 x 768
No companies are shown here as they are hidden by the narrow screen resolution
Experience with 1280 x 1024.
Here you can see the different companies, however, in a compressed version
Experience with 1400 x 1050
Here, the full list of companies will be visible
Invoice Management (IMS)
If you use Acubiz invoice management (IMS), a screen resolution of 1680 x 1050 pixels (or more) will be a minimum requirement to get the best experience.
Resolution of 1200 x 800
Shows challenges in displaying the invoice on the right side as it will be compressed in relation to the screen width.
Below, the experience is better with a resolution of 1680 x 1050 where there is more space to view the invoice on the right.
Browser zoom factor
All browsers can zoom in on the content of your choice.
Acubiz recommends a zoom factor of 100%
The zoom factor has an impact on the experience of Acubiz as well.
Zoom factor of 100%
Zoom factor of more than 125%
Zoom factor of more than 125% can cause elements of Acubiz to be pushed out of the screen area and inaccessible. Therefore, 100% zoom factor is recommended in all browsers.
- Change zoom factor Google Chrome >>
- Change zoom factor Microsoft Edge >>
- Change zoom factor Firefox >>
Windows font scaling option
An additional factor that can influence the Acubiz experience is font scaling on your local computer.
Acubiz recommends 100% scaling, which is the default in Windows 10
However, a higher scaling can be used in connection with a significantly higher resolution of your screen.
