Acubiz offers a feature where it is possible to forcibly post a company-paid credit card transaction to a private purchase for the employee. This means that the employee is deducted from the salary / owes the amount to the company. The posting of this forced posting depends on the specific setup in your Acubiz solution.

When is forced posting used

Here, Acubiz has no position and is entirely up to your company's internal rules, but a few examples could be

• If an employee has not settled within a given period
• If an employee has used the company card at private costs

There may be other scenarios.

How to force private purchases postings

Here it is important that only forced transactions are made on transactions that are still in flow (and not exported). The forced posting can only be done by a user with financial role to their profile.

Go to FINANCE => DOCUMENTS => E-TRANSACTIONS => ALL BY STATUS

Locate the transaction or transactions that need to be posted as follows:

The selected transaction is now posted as a private purchase and moved from the employee directly to financial approval and can be processed further from there on normal terms.

There is no automation in this function and the procedure must be performed manually for each transaction that is to be converted to private purchase.
