In Acubiz, driving rates are automatically updated once a year in the following countries:

1. Denmark
2. Sweden
3. Norway
4. Finland
5. Germany

There may be exceptions to the above rule due to special rates, special rate calculations or adjustments to the driving rates. Acubiz can help in specific cases.

All other countries require the customer to maintain rates manually.

Manual updating of driving rates

In countries where Acubiz does not update driving rates, these must be maintained manually for users to use driving. This example shows updating rates in the Acubiz generic run ruleset. The appearance may be different depending on the set of rules, but the principle is the same.

Go to ADMIN

Go to Additional settings => Driving rates

In this overview you will find the created driving rates

Here it is important that there is a driving rate for the current year - and in this case the rate for 2022 is missing and therefore this must be created.

Create new driving rate

Click on "Add new rate"

Fill in the form with the correct values - and here the date / year is important

NB. If the creation form looks exactly like the above, it is important that the following fields are blank (left blank)

When the correct values have been created, press SAVE.

New driving rate has been created for the current year
