- SSO: Sign on URL
- Integrations using API/Web service
- Transport Layer Security (TLS)
- Lookup to Acubiz from accounting system
Login to Acubiz web solution
A new URL (link to the browser) has now been introduced to access the Acubiz web solution. The new URL will follow the syntax below:
COMPANYID.acubiz.com
It is therefore important to update all your favorites you have created in your browser. The new URL can already be used now.
See more details about your company's CompanyID: Web address (URL) for Acubiz login on the web
SSO: Sign on URL
If you are using Azure AD with SSO access to Acubiz, please update the "Sign on URL" field in Azure with the new web URL
https://companyID.acubiz.com
No other fields should be changed
Integrations using API/Web service
If you in your company have integrations to Acubiz that use API/Webservice, these systems will be affected and a change must be made in the setup of your internal systems.
The URL used in your integration must be changed as below:
Example:
https://wsapps6.acubizems.com/xxxx -> https://apps6-ws.acubiz.com/xxxx
https://wsapps7.acubizems.com/xxxx -> https://apps7-ws.acubiz.com/xxxx
https://wsapps8.acubizems.com/xxxx -> https://apps8-ws.acubiz.com/xxxx
... etc.
* xxxx represents the rest of the URL string, which is unchanged.
IMPORTANT: The domain changes from acubizems.com to acubiz.com |
This may be relevant for customers who use the systems below. The list is not exhaustive, but also not specific, as the impact depends on the integration method and not the accounting system.
-
- Microsoft D365FO (Via the Acubiz integration module)
- Microsoft AX 2009/2012 (Via the Acubiz integration module)
- Maconomy (if the integration uses API/Webservice)
- ... and others if the integration uses API/Webservice
Transport Layer Security (TLS)
The new Acubiz Web Service URL's supports:
- TLS1.2
- TLS1.3
TLS1.0 will not be supported in Acubiz going forward.
Lookup to Acubiz from accounting system
The Acubiz function to make lookup from the accounting system to Acubiz will also be affected by this change. A change must be made to the URL used by the system:
NEW URL:
https://[COMPANYID].acubiz.com/xxxx
* xxxx represents the rest of the URL string, which is unchanged.
IMPORTANT: The domain changes from acubizems.com to acubiz.com |
This change is relevant for everyone who uses a function in their ERP system to make lookup back to Acubiz.
Customers who specifically use the Acubiz integration module Microsoft D365FO or Microsoft AX 2009/2012 will be informed directly about this change!
Areas not affected by the change
- Access to the Acubiz One mobile app
Users of the Acubiz One app will not notice this change. Login and functions work as usual. - Integrations where data transfer takes place via SFTP
This is in relation to file exchange to and from Acubiz, where files are delivered with user master data, financial dimension data and accounting files which are exchanged via automatic processes.
