NEW in Acubiz version 7.30.

If automatic import of user and or dimension data has been set up in your Acubiz solution, then the import time has so far been daily at 05:45 (CET). This can now be changed based on the methods below.

Possibly. changes must be made by an Acubiz employee. The change is a chargeable service.

Schedules for imports

• Daily
  You can specify either a start time or an interval where the execution takes place every hour.
• Simple Setup (Normal Daily Driving) - Standard!
  Executed once daily at 05:45 CET
• Every week
  You can specify which days are to be executed in combination with either a start time or an interval where execution is performed every hour
• Days of the month
  Here you specify the days of the month when execution is to be carried out in combination with either a start time or an interval where execution takes place every hour
• Last day of the month
  Executed on the last day of the month in combination with either a start time or an interval where it is executed every hour
• Last day of the month - X days
  Executed on the last day of the month minus the selected number of days, in combination with either a start time or an interval where it executes every hour
• Specific dates
  A list of pre-determined dates on which the export will be executed in combination with either a start time or an hourly execution interval is populated

With the different plans, intervals can be selected. However, all intervals will be executed on every full hour within the interval.
