For business trips requiring cash, only employees with a FINANCE role can handle this.
Available options include:
- Cash advances.
- Returning cash advances.

Employees should contact FINANCE for cash advances in the required currency for their trip.
- Example: An employee requests 500 EUR in cash.
In Acubiz, a cash advance creates an advance transaction that the employee must settle, deducted from their salary on the settlement date.
Cash advances are managed under FINANCE -> DOCUMENTS -> ADVANCES, requiring a FINANCIAL role.
Creating a Cash Advance:
Register cash advances in Acubiz, then export to the company's ERP system.
Click on Create Advance.

Complete the advance form with employee and currency details:
Consider the following:
- Advance delivery date (default is today)
- Currency type (EUR, DKK, USD, etc.)
- Currency amount
- Currency exchange
- Employee receiving the advance
Once finished, click Save and Close.
The advance will appear in the list of created advances. In the Advance menu, you can view advances by their flow status.
In Progress: Curr/Empl.
Sort current advances by currency per employee, grouping by CURRENCY first, then EMPLOYEE.
Creating a Returned Advance
To process a returned advance, follow the same steps as for a cash advance—use Create Returned Advance.
