🟨 Limited display of expense accounts in iOS app version 3.0.9
Description of the issue-
Are you experiencing missing expense accounts after updating to app version 3.0.9?
We are currently experiencing an issue in version 3.0.9 that causes some users not to see all the expense accounts they have access to (for example, only 2 out of 12 accounts). The issue currently only affects users with a dimension-based chart of accounts. -
Temporary solution (workaround)
You can temporarily resolve the issue and display your full chart of accounts again by updating your app data in the app: See this help article: Support, Synchronization, and Information -
Status and next steps
Our development team is currently working intensively on testing a permanent fix. We expect to release an updated version of the app on October 9, 2026, which will definitively resolve the issue.

🟩 Sunday, August 23, 2026, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (CET)
We will perform a storage migration during the above time period. In connection with this, the individual servers will experience temporary downtime of approximately 1 hour. -
🟩 Saturday, August 22, 2026, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (CET)
The WorkingDir product server (MFT/SFTP) will be offline tomorrow (Saturday) from 10:00 to 11:00 AM CEST due to a Linux upgrade. This will affect all Acubiz EMS tasks, but only those relating to import and export via the file system (including e-transactions). ℹ️ Users will still be able to work in Acubiz as usual (create expenses in the app, etc.). -
🟩 Thursday, 08/20/2026 + Friday, 08/21/2026 (after business hours from 02:00 AM-06:00 AM CET)
Server updates will be carried out during the specified periods, which may result in brief interruptions to customers' Acubiz solution. The exact time of the service interruptions cannot be provided in advance.
