To ensure optimal display and full functionality when using Acubiz in your browser, there are three technical factors you need to be aware of:
If your local settings deviate from the recommended guidelines, you may experience that the design does not adjust correctly or that important buttons and functions become hidden.
1. Screen resolution
The screen resolution (number of pixels) is crucial for how much content can be displayed at once. Although Acubiz can be accessed from all screen sizes, the system requires a certain amount of pixels to avoid appearing too cropped.
System requirements for resolution
- Absolute minimum: 1024 x 768 pixels. (Note: At this resolution, some elements may be hidden).
- Recommended for standard use: 1400 x 1050 pixels (or higher).
Display when managing multiple companies
If you handle multiple companies in Acubiz, it places greater demands on screen space to maintain an overview of the company list:
| Resolution | Display and functionality |
| 1024 x 768 | Critical: The company list is completely hidden due to lack of space. |
| 1280 x 1024 | Usable: The company list is shown, but in a very compact and compressed version. |
| 1400 x 1050 | Optimal: Full overview is maintained, and all companies are visible. |
2. Browser zoom factor
Web-based systems are sensitive to the browser's built-in zoom function. Acubiz always recommends a zoom factor of 100%.
If your browser is zoomed to 125% or higher, you risk important navigation elements and approval buttons being pushed out of the screen.

Ctrl+0):
3. Windows text and font size scaling
Windows has a built-in feature to enlarge text and icons (scaling). Unfortunately, this can distort the display in web applications like Acubiz.
- Recommended setting: 100% scaling.
- Higher scaling (e.g., 125% or 150%) should only be used if you are working on a screen with very high resolution (such as 4K or Ultra HD), where the text would otherwise be too small.
