Integration to Visma BNXT

Add integration user:

To add an integration user, your user must have at minimum these roles on the customer
relationship in Visma Net Admin:

• Application administrator.
• Application access.
• System supervisor.

If you have the correct roles, you can then go to Business NXT and Create new setup ("Oprette
ny opsætning").
Bring up the tables "Bruger" (User) and "Connect applikationsadgang" (Connect application
access).

In the "Bruger" table:

1. Bring up the "Connect applikation" column.
2. Add a new user with the username isv_COMP_VBNXT.
3. Make sure the checkbox in the "Connect applikation" column is ticked.

In the "Connect applikationsadgang" table:

1. Add a new user with the same username, isv_COMP_VBNXT.
2. 2 Give the user access to the correct companies/clients in the "Virksomheds-nr." column. As of
   today, it is not possible to use "Virksomhedsgrupper" (Company groups).
3. Give the user access according to how Business NXT is set up, in the "Adgangsgruppenr."
   column. If no customisations have been made here, you can fill the column with the number 1.
