App Configuration and Settings – Acubiz Help Center

To change settings, go to Acubiz settings and select App configuration.

This allows you to customize your configuration based on available options.

Data Transfer

This setting directs you to your phone's settings, including permissions and languages.

Enabling this feature means trades won't transfer automatically; they'll stay in an outbox until you choose to send them. This is useful for avoiding high data charges while traveling, as you can send data over Wi-Fi.

Automatic Processes

Crop Photos:

This function crops the image to include only the receipt.

Extract Data from Images

This function reads receipt information to avoid manual entry. Always verify the data is correct. Check for:

Amount
Date
Currency

Add to Camera Roll

This feature saves a copy of your receipt in a dedicated Acubiz folder in your camera roll.

Transaction Settings

Remember Country

Remembers the last selected country for future receipt photos.

Remember Currency

Remembers the most recently used currency, overridden by the automatic currency reading. If not read, the last used currency applies.

Enable Multi-Image Selection

Allows adding multiple images to a single transaction from your camera roll.
