Acubiz features icons for status, transaction type, and functions.

Transaction Types

You can process the following transaction types based on your setup.

Cash	Credit Card	Mileage	Per diem	Time req.	Expense Report	Supplier Invoice

Status Icons

There are three views for transaction status, indicated by an additional icon on the transaction type icon. Below are examples for cash expenses only.

(1) Unprocessed	(2) In process	(3) Settled
You have not processed the transaction yet	You have submitted for approval and it has not been approved	Approved by Finance

Function Icons

The following features may be available in Acubiz based on your setup.

Icon	Description
	Take a photo with your camera of your receipt (both Credit Card and cash)
	Upload image from phone camera roll (both Credit Card and cash)
	Start an automatic registration of driving in your own car (start-stop)
	Create a manual entry for driving in your own car
	Create a new per diem for travel (allowance)
	Make a time registration (hours or days)
	Create a report from your transactions
	Create an expense report
