Removed unnecessary photo permission popups when picking from library When adding a photo via the system picker, the app no longer shows two photo-library permission popups that weren't needed for that path.
Acubiz no longer interrupts other apps' audio on launch Opening Acubiz while Spotify, Apple Music, or another audio app is playing no longer silences it.
"Request new password" now shows the correct message for SSO users SSO users tapping Request new password used to see a generic "Something went wrong" error. They now see the proper explanation that password reset isn't available because SSO is enabled.
Changing the authorizer on an existing transaction is now persisted On expense reports, per-diem/unit transactions, and mileage transactions, using the … menu → Change authorizer now actually saves the new authorizer. Previously the change reverted to the original approver when the report was reopened.

This update includes a number of bug fixes across ride registration, approval, and receipt scanning.
Mileage Tracking
Fixed an issue where the "From" address would overwrite the "To" address when tapping the "From" field after both addresses were filled in.
House numbers are now displayed correctly in address suggestions, and route calculation is working as expected again.
Distance is now updated immediately when the home-work deduction is turned on or off.
Your own explanation for a deviation is now correctly preserved when copying a trip or creating a return trip.
Fixed an issue that could rarely cause the same trip to be submitted multiple times.
Approval
Amounts are now displayed correctly for approvers with US or UK language settings (the bug caused all amounts to display 0.00).
Receipt Scanning
SmartScan no longer overwrites amounts and VAT on corporate card transactions where the card issuer values are authoritative.
Secretary Function
Secretaries working on behalf of employees in another system no longer experience modules such as Unit being unavailable
Mileage submissions can no longer be completed without providing the required dimension fields (e.g., department or project). If a user attempts to submit without completing these mandatory fields, a pop-up notification will appear, indicating that the missing information must be entered before the expense can be submitted.
Postal numbers in mileage now work. If people have old/slow phones, make sure the postal code is loaded when selecting destinations before proceeding.
Triple driving, error when submitting when distance field is changed is fixed.
Approver bar became invisible if there were no expenses to approve, now it is visible even if there is nothing to approve.
A couple of options were missing in mileage/trips (copy trip and return-trip buttons). Both buttons are now visible and working.
When creating a mileage/trip, the distance from home fields were incorrectly named, I think they were called HomeWork, now they are called subtract home-work and subtracted distance
Major codebase replacement to comply with changed requirements from Apple, as well as general performance improvements in the overall use of the Acubiz app.
The app will be more stable: Fewer crashes, fewer network errors, and errors during upgrades are expected to be resolved.

Operating system compatibility
Acubiz will support 2 versions back relative to the latest available iPhone/iOS operating system. This means that Acubiz supports iOS version 17 and newer (From April 20, 2026).
