Example of Search Profile (View profile)

You can search for transactions in Acubiz using your own parameters. The results will reflect your display profile setup. Select your search result layout with view profiles.

Extract data with flow information

This report shows how long transactions stay in the same status before changing, based on user actions. See Transaction status - where costs are in the flow.

Start by choosing your search result layout with the following columns:

Then search using your parameters, for example:

1. Select your new view profile
2. Select status reported ready
3. Choose a filtering period

Press search to see the results:

1. Transaction date
2. Approval request date
3. Approver's approval date
4. Finance approval date

Click "email content" to send the report as a CSV file for further analysis in Excel.

This process must be repeated for each company in Acubiz.

Extract report with transactions pending approval

Get an overview of transactions awaiting approval per company.

Create a new display profile as follows:

Then search based on status only:

The results will display:

1. Employee name
2. Approval request date
3. Approver's name

Click "email content" to send the report as a CSV file for further use in Excel.

This must also be done for each company in Acubiz.
