As an Acubiz Pro-user, it is possible to create a ticket for our Support Team. You can create a ticket through our chatbot at the bottom of this website or via the Acubiz Help Center.

- Monday to Thursday 9:00-16:00 (CET)
- Friday 9:00-15:00 (CET)
- Saturday and Sunday + holidays are closed.
Our Support Team provides support for Acubiz Pro-users only.
All organisations have specially trained and dedicated Acubiz users, also referred to as pro-users. These pro users are often found in Finance Departments.
