Get an overview of your support cases at Acubiz

Log in to the Acubiz Help Center

If you have previously sent an email to Acubiz Support, a user profile has automatically been created for you in our support system. You can access the system via our Help Center.

How to sign in:

1. Click Sign in in the top right corner.
   

2. Since your profile is created automatically, you do not have a password yet. Therefore, click Reset password (or Forgot password).
   

3. You will now receive an email with instructions to create your password and complete the login.

Once logged in, you get a complete overview of your support requests. Here you can:

• Follow the status and read comments on active requests.

• View the history of closed requests.

Organizational overview:

If you are an Acubiz Pro user, you have the option to access all support cases created by users in your organization – not just your own.

ℹ️ If you want this extended access, simply contact Acubiz Support, who can assign the permission to your profile.
