Login to the Acubiz Support Help Center
If you have sent an email to Acubiz support, your email has been registered as a user in our support system, and you can log in via our Help Center.
Click on Log in in the upper right corner:
Although your email is used to create a profile in our support system, you do not know your password. Therefore, you need to request a new password:
You will then receive an email asking you to follow the process to log in.
Once you are logged in, you will have the option to follow your open support cases and see the status and comments from our support staff. You can also get an overview of your previously closed support cases.

| ℹ️If you are an Acubiz Pro user, you also have the option to get an overview of all cases submitted by all users in your organization. Please contact Acubiz support to be granted this right to your user profile. |
This will give you access to an overview showing support cases at the organizational level, which does not only include your own support cases.
