Edit Expense Before Approval

As an approver, you can edit registrations pending approval in Acubiz.

Types you can correct include:

• Cash expenses and company card transactions
• Mileage
• Allowance
• Time Registrations

To edit an attachment, access it from your dashboard.

Tap the approval area

Select the transaction you want to edit.

To edit, click the following:

Edit the necessary information.

Press SAVE after making changes.

Note: You can only edit dimensions, cost type, and comments on credit card transactions.
