Set up Favorites for Frequently Used Items

In Acubiz, you can create favorites for expense settlements using the dropdown lists below.

Expense Dropdown Lists

1. Country
2. Currency
3. Cost Types
   Created by your company's Acubiz Pro-User (What is a Pro-User?), these may vary.
4. Dimensions
   Can include departments, projects, etc., based on your company’s setup.

Selecting a Cost Type

When a dropdown is selected, the view includes:

1. Search Function
2. Selected Favorites
3. All Options

Creating a Favorite:

For example, in the currency list, tap the star icon next to your chosen options to mark them as favorites.

Your list will then show favorites separately from other options:

This allows quick access to frequently used values without repeated searches.
