Setting up Credit Card Accounting: Provision & Monthly Invoice

You can customize credit card postings in Acubiz, especially when changing your chart of accounts or accounting system.

Go to ADMIN => ACCOUNTS => CREDIT CARD SETUP

Your current Acubiz setup may include multiple credit card types, but the process is uniform across all setup:

View available credit card setups and their postings in Acubiz.

The image shows postings in this order:

• Provision for costs
• Provision for creditor (vendor)
• Creditor (Vendor)

Click the credit card name to edit the setup.

Scroll to the ACCOUNT SETUP section to input your desired accounts.
