Maintaining main data is a heavy process that should, as far as possible, be kept to a minimum - partly to save time and partly to ensure as accurate data as possible. Maintenance of currencies and exchange rates in Acubiz can be done either directly in Acubiz (via web), using currency update from Danmarks Nationalbank or by importing dimensions from customer's delivery systems (ERP or similar systems)
