If the Company Policy Manager (CPM) restricts checking in Finance, certain accounts can still be checked. This can be done in two ways:

To check selected accounts if:

• Consumed amount exceeds a set limit
• Consumption occurs in specific countries

Exceeded Limit

Transactions will be controlled in Finance if...

• Amount exceeds 2.000 DKK (system currency).
• Consumption country is DK, regardless of the amount.

All transactions in DK will be checked for finance, while other countries are only checked if over 2.000 DKK.

Setup options include:

Check all transactions over 0 DKK, regardless of consumption country.

All transactions in DK (Denmark) and SE (Sweden) must be verified, no matter the amount.
