About the Module

CO2 Tracker is a specialized solution for precise collection of CO2-related data on expense areas that have an environmental impact.

• Focus on Data Collection: Acubiz does not perform CO2 calculations or analyses. The module's sole purpose is to ensure a validated data foundation.
• Export: Data can easily be exported to external CO2 accounting systems, where the final calculations and analyses are performed.
• Flexible Integration: The module is integrated with Company Policy Manager (CPM) and can be used either in combination with or independently of it to support the company's environmental strategy.

Supported Transaction Types

CO2 data can be collected across the following transactions in Acubiz:

• Credit card transactions
• Travel expense transactions
• Cash expenses
• Tax-free mileage reimbursement

Relevant Expense Types and Registration

The need for CO2 tracking is managed on each individual expense type. Typical examples include:

• Air travel
• Taxi
• Fuel / Charging
• Train and bus

When CO2 Tracker is activated on these expense types, data is collected based on a combination of registration method and transport type.
