Create a New Dimension Value

When creating a new dimension value, consider the following:

• Dimension level (e.g., Department, Project).
• Value for the ERP system.
• Text displayed for employees.

Dimension Level

Select the dimension level for the new value, such as project level for new projects (this may vary based on setup).

Project level is selected; new projects can now be created.

Enter the details below to create a new project.

The following fields are required:

• ID: It is essential to provide an internal Acubiz ID, which must be unique across all dimension values and levels.
• Name: This designation will be visible to the employee when they are at this dimensional level (e.g., Department).
• Book value: This represents the precise value intended for transfer to the ERP system (accounting system), ensuring that the value is recognized as, for example, a project.
