Some users may experience problems logging in to their user account through the Acubiz mobile app. Here is general information about phone (operating system) compatibility with the Acubiz App.
iOS (Apple):
- ✅ Requires iOS 13.0 or newer version.
- ✅ Compatible with iPhone.
- 🛑 Not compatible with iPad, and iPod touch.
Android (Google):
- ✅ Requires Android version 7.0 or higher.
- ✅ Compatible with various manufacturers using Android version 7.0 or later.
- 🛑 Not compatible with Google Pixel 7 Pro (specifically) and flip-phone devices as these behave like tablets. Tablets are not supported. Support unknown!
This app has access to:
- Camera
- Geolocation
- Contacts
- Storage
- Information about Wi-Fi connection
- Images/media/files
- Other:
- receive data from the Internet
- control vibration
- view network connections
- full network access
- prevent the device from sleeping
