Help Center
- This is your direct link to the Acubiz online Help Center, which includes instructions and guides for using all the app's features.
- Clicking on the Help Center will open the information in your device's browser.

Send App Information
- Sometimes, Acubiz Support may request technical information from your phone.
- This feature allows you to send an email to Acubiz Support with the technical information and setup parameters. Rest assured, no personal information is included.
Update App Data
- If you notice that Acubiz One isn’t completely up to date with your company’s data, you can perform a full synchronization of data from Acubiz servers to your phone.
- This often helps resolve any occasional synchronization issues between your phone and Acubiz servers.
