Pull a Transaction Back from Approval

Should you submit a transaction for approval to your approver or manager and subsequently identify an error, you have the option to retract it and make the necessary modifications prior to resubmitting it for approval.

If your approver or manager has already approved, it is not possible to retract the transaction. In this case, you must contact your finance department, which has the authority to reject it back to you.

How to Pull a Transaction Back from Approval

Find the transaction that you want to pull back by going to the bottom of Acubiz's history

Click on the transaction to open it

Then tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner

Then select "Pull back" and you can now make changes or delete it completely.

NOTE: You cannot delete credit card transactions.
